Lack of sleep?

I know you have read so many articles about getting enough sleep and it's either you're eager to get all those benefits or you're trying to get enough sleep.
So, today I wanted to elaborate further on what happens to your body when you are lack of sleep. 
If you are having a hard time sleeping, know that you are not alone. Insomnia is the inability to get to sleep. I know it's so hard, but knowing the causes can help you a lot.
There are actually so many reasons it can be physical stress, emotional stress, your activities, the foods you eat and many more. If you want to know more about your own condition you should get professional help. Believe me, searching it on the internet would not help you and it may just worsen it. 
Sometimes we think that napping throughout the day can somehow make up for the lost hours of night sleep - well let me tell you that you are WRONG. However, napping throughout the day will help you to improve your mood, alertness, and performance.
Also, 5 hours deep straight sleep at night is still not good enough to help your body function properly. You may not see it at first but in the long run, it will affect your body's ability to function. Again, the suggested hours of sleep at night is 7-8 hours. Too much sleep is also not good but that's a different topic.
Too much of that - I know you already know what causes your lack of sleep so let me help you understand what happens to your body when you lack sleep.
There are so many side effects of lack of sleep. I will not be able to cover all but I'll give you an idea that somehow will promote how important it is to be address.
Of course, first on the list is your IMMUNE SYSTEM
- Your body needs to generate all the energy you've used all-day and the best time to do it is when you are sleeping. It helps your body release new healthy cells to keep you going. If your sleep is interrupted or not enough it may not be able to release and make enough for your whole body system.
Your  HEART is also affected
- less or too much sleep may develop coronary heart disease or stroke.
BRAIN is not an exception
- Our brain helps us to function properly but if we lack sleep it may have a bad effect on our memory, decision-making, reasoning, and problem-solving worsened, along with reaction time and alertness. It will also make you more forgetful, based on research it also has an impact on learning and memory.
WEIGHT GAIN
- Yes, you read it right. Your hormones changes that regulate hunger and appetite. So, it may trigger you to eat more at night before sleeping. Your metabolism is not burning fast enough when you are asleep.
ACCIDENT PRONE
- It is common but it's true. Since you were not able to complete your sleep at night you may feel restless all throughout the day.
Bad for SKIN
- If you're investing in products to put on your skin to make it look better, this is where you want to invest more. Otherwise, it may cause to appear more fine lines, wrinkles, marked looseness of the skin, and uneven skin color.
These are just a few of the many side effects of lack of sleep. There are many ways to help you sleep better. There are short and long process, expensive and inexpensive ways and many more.
